Display Advertisement Specifications
To place your ad, please complete and return a Connecticut CPA Insertion Order (pdf document) and e-mail ad creative to Kirsten Piechota at kirstenp@cscpa.org.
Advertisements should be submitted as electronic files – high-resolution PDF, TIFF, EPS, or Macintosh Quark are preferred. Please e-mail files to Kirsten Piechota at kirstenp@cscpa.org.
The magazine is printed on 60# white offset with 2/2 black + PMS spot color text and 4/4 process cover.
Bleeds are available for inside front cover and inside back cover four-color advertisements only. Please see rates below for four-color and premium placement rates.
CSCPA reserves the right to reject any advertisement.
Deadlines
All space reservations and advertising creative must be received by the 15th of the month preceding that of publication, as follows:
- January/February issue – December 15 deadline
- March/April issue – February 15 deadline
- May/June issue – April 15 deadline
- July/August – June 15 deadline
- September/October issue – August 15 deadline
- November/December issue – October 15 deadline

For bleeds, please allow a minimum of 1/4” trim at top, bottom and outer edges. Page size is 8.5" x 11".

All advertisements are subject to approval by the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). CSCPA reserves the right to refuse advertising/sponsorships. The appearance of an advertisement in any CSCPA publication or appearance of a sponsor or exhibitor at any CSCPA event does not necessarily constitute endorsement by CSCPA of the advertiser/sponsor or of its products or services.
