I've never been on the CSCPA website and I'm having trouble logging in.
I've already created an account, but I can't remember my username/password.
I know my username and password, but I still can't get into the site.

Logging in gives you exclusive members-only features! The entire members section is accessible only to members. Purchase CPE, view and print your CPE transcript, update your professional and personal profile, join a committee, search the member directory, be included in our "Locate a CPA" directory, and more!
Plain and simple: logging in gives you a better CSCPA website experience. Set your computer to remember your username and password and you won't need to log in again!

Non-members must log in to purchase CPE.
I've never been on the CSCPA website and I'm having trouble logging in.
If you're having trouble logging in for the first time on the new CSCPA website, the best thing to do is start from scratch and create an account. You'll see this screen:
Option 1: Non-members will be given a basic information form that asks for a username, password, and secret question.
Option 2: Members that have an existing username and password and need to update their accounts will be taken back to the initial login page.
Option 3: Members that need to create a username and password will be asked for last name and member ID. The member ID is a number assigned to each member; if you do not know this number, please contact Caitlin Bailey at webmaster@cscpa.org or 860-258-4800, ext. 228.
I've already created an account, but I can't remember my username/password.
This is easy; simply click on the "Forgot your ID or password?" link. Enter your username or e-mail address, and the username and password registered to that e-mail address will be sent to that e-mail address.
